PP-R, PERT PP-R Reinforced Multi-layer Pipe Silicon Core Pipe Production Line

Characteristics and performacne :
This line is a newly developed high-efficiency extruder and made by absorbing Gremany latest technology ,designed according to unique processability of PP-R,PERT,PP-R
reinforced ,PP-R mulyi-layer and silicon core pipe. Be equipped with high-torque reduction box ,new type slotting barrel ,high-efficiency screw,
the extrusion capacity improve and physical dissolving temperature become lower ,so the low temperature plasticization really comes true.
This line is mainly made up of controlling system,extruder,diehead,calibratingsystem,
haul-off and cutting device ,printer tilting table and winder.

Die head mould is spiral and diffluent type or basket-type ,equipped with static mixing system,and material layer whole overlay,even inner pressure distribution .
This line adopt special vacuum calibrating and spraying cooling system.
Vacuum calibrating box are two-parts type.,with good controlling for water
temperature,water level and runoff to ensure extrusion of high-quality pipe.
If equipped with different moulds ,screw and supplementary machine,this machine could produce PERT,silicon core pipe and PP-R multi-layer pipe and so on.
Application :
This production line is used for producing PP-R,PERT,reinforced PP-R ,and silicon core pipe .
PP-R pipe has many advantage such as innocuity ,sanitation,heatresisting,
heat reservation ,simple line welding,reutilization .
for PERT ,there is no need of cross linking technics ,but could be recycled ,and with good heatresisting stability.
Silicon core pipe is mainly used for jacket pipe of cable and fiber cable.
