Enamel-covered magnet wire is produced by processing oxygen-free copper bar through our continuous conforming technology, then coating the wire with several layers of enamel insulation as per the specified requirements. Enameled magnet wire is used in the windings of transformers, generators, motors and other electrical equipment.
Libo manufactures 120-grade acetal enamel magnet wire, 155-grade polyester enamel magnet wire, and 180-grade polyimide (Kapton?) and 200-grade Polyamide-imide overcoated polyester insulated enamel magnet wire.
