Description:
Powerful Granulators(RG26/36 series) can crush various sprues , scrap,and offcuts made of soft or hard plastics in block, ball or bar shapes.Automatic evacuation blower is optional to use in order to reduce man power,pollution on raw material and increase work effeciency.

Features:

2.Heavy loading bearing and dust protection device,the sound-proof bunker can prevent vibration and noise effectively.
3.The motor mounted overloading protector and interlock proctection device, double protection for the safe of personnel and motor.
4. Paddle-blades rotor adopting shear principle,made of high chromium steel,shred the various plastic easily.
5.The gap of knife is adjustable,they can be dismounted when they have been unsharped,and to be used repeatedly,long time using life.
6. The patent of axle seat, this axletree can prevent dust entering into the bearing , long time using life.
7.Separable design,the bunker,main body,mesh frame are dismounted easily,convenient for bunker cleaning.
8.Using the level feet due to reduce the noise of vibration .
